Mozambican Women-Led Capacity Building Boutique

Plug-in.Mz is an independent Mozambican women-led capacity-building boutique with extensive experience in donor procedure and regulations. Plug-In.Mz collaborates with local Mozambican organizations to help them create the platform they need to flourish, influence, and build resilient communities. Our capacity-building approach is strategically anchored on digital communications and social media tools to increase transparency, accountability, and visibility to funders, beneficiaries, and the national government.

Plug-in.Mz provides strategic consulting and capacity building for local organizations through on-the-job training, coaching, and mentoring on processes and procedures. We conduct assessments, reviews, planning, strategic plans, and Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL).

Giving Back

Plug-in.Mz has a duty of social responsibility. Guided by the belief that changing behaviours is paramount to reducing vulnerabilities among adolescents, girls, and young women, our team supports and works pro bono with this target group at the community level in Maputo City and Province.

Plug-In.Mz delivers interactive educational workshops and activities to the underserved in educational centers, orphanages, and boarding institutes. In addition, Plug-in.Mz is willing to establish partnerships with a variety of stakeholders and initiatives to channel support to a multitude of locally driven AGYW initiatives.

A real team is a small number of good people with complementary skills who are equally committed to a common purpose, clear performance goals, and a joint approach for which they hold themselves mutually accountable
