The Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation (EGPAF) has been collaborating with the Ministry of Health and Provincial Health Directorates to provide support for the Prevention of Mother-to-Child Transmission (PMTCT) and Antiretroviral Care and Treatment (ART) program since 2004. This program has been funded by the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR). However, the organisation has recognised the need to diversify its funding sources to complement its program. To support this objective, a donor mapping exercise was commissioned for Plug-In. Mz. The mapping exercise provided a detailed analysis of major bilateral and multilateral donors, regional and international organisations, potential areas of collaboration, and potential funding sources for EGPAF activities in Mozambique. The exercise drew upon information obtained from consultations with donor agencies, international and regional organisations, as well as secondary sources.
