This project aimed to gather evidence and document the impact of integrating COVID-19 vaccinations during the acute phase on effectiveness, efficiency, and other relevant areas. To that end, Plug-in. Mz conducted semi-structured interviews and group discussions with key policymakers, implementers, and external advisors at national and sub-national levels. In addition, focus group discussions were held with frontline health workers who administered COVID-19 vaccinations. The data collected was analysed to provide further insights.
