Plug-in.Mz is one of a kind, established in 2020 as an independent Mozambican women-led capacity-building boutique with extensive experience in donor procedure and regulations. Plug-in.Mz has provided services for projects, programs, and initiatives in global health, social development, human development, community health care, health behaviour change communication (SBCC) and digital communication, gender equality & human rights, and empowerment of Adolescent girls and Young Women (AGYM).

Our team

Plug-in.Mz comprises a diverse team of dedicated women development practitioners coming from the Government, Academia, UN, Donors, and NGO sectors with more than 20 years of experience managing various funding mechanisms (USAID, GFATM, UN), designing, implementing, and evaluating development programs and policies and executing public health and development strategies in Mozambique. All our staff is fluent in Portuguese and English with working fluency in local languages.
Plug-in.Mz also has a pool of consultants who are specialists in various fields within Mozambique, and globally and a network of experienced field workers in multiple domains.
